DC Bil

Direct Connection Bilservice (DC Bil) is a full-service workshop authorized for Volkswagen, Skoda, Peugeot, and SEAT. In 2021, they began the process of moving to a new workshop – to gain even better control over their inventory, they also started evaluating the investment in a vertical carousel.

It was critical to have the vertical carousel in place in the facility before starting to build the mezzanine and storage areas. Consequently, they began looking at used options to shorten the delivery time. DC Bil had previously subscribed to Relevator’s priority list, and when the right unit became available, the vertical carousel could be delivered quickly. From the time the order was placed, the vertical carousel was moved, installed, and commissioned just 6 weeks later.

The vertical carousel is a Kardex Megamat RS 350, model year 2013.
