4 Kardex Megamat RS 350 vertical carousels in good used condition and heights, these are machines that offer really compact storage. The vertical carousels is available in 3 different heights:
2 units - 8 710 mm
1 unit - 7 695 mm
1 unit - 7 635 mm
The carriers of the vertical carousels racks are 3 050 mm wide and of the deepest model, 628 mm, which means that they can store a lot of goods per carrier. Each carrier is then equipped with 3 shelves, giving the machines the following total capacity:
2 units - 29 carriers, 87 shelves, total loadable 116 shelves = total storage area 222 m² on just over 6 m² floor space.
2 units - 25 carriers, 75 shelves, total loadable 100 shelves = total storage area 192 m² on just over 6 m² of floor space.
The units are equipped with the optional “Matrix strip”, an LED strip in the opening that can indicate the picking location horizontally and display e.g. article information. This functionality requires integration with ERP/WMS.
The vertical carousels have been serviced since installation and had relevant wear parts replaced.
